I know from personal experience that diversity is essential for health across many aspects of life. Practicing only Yin Yoga will build flexibility and ease your mind, but not build strength. Weight lifting without proper mobility training creates a stiff, immobile body. That’s why I offer, encourage, and love, many types of training!
