I also offer customized yoga classes to local businesses to help boost employee health, morale, and energy and reduce stress.

Learn more on this page, view pricing, and book a class for yourself, a group of people, or a special event directly here!

I also teach one class per week at the local Volkshochschule (adult school) that is pre-registration only. The classes run on a semester basis and you must sign up in advance for the entire session.

The classes are quite affordable, as they are subsidized by the government.

The next session begins in February and you can find their website here. My class is titled Dynamic Yoga for Strength and Mobility.

From March to October I teach outside in the local mountains (~15 minute walk up from the valley). Check out my Instagram or this Facebook Group for more info!

The best way to stay informed is through our WhatsApp group chat, use the QR code below to join or send me an email! Here you’ll receive a message with the week’s schedule and participate in polls to help me decide when to offer outdoor classes.

European Yoga Retreats

Take a few days to step into nature, onto your mat, and out of your regular routine. From the Austrian Alps to Portugal, Italy, and more, my 4-5 day yoga adventure getaways will give you the chance to explore, move, refresh, introspect, and unwind.

what is the third place?

What if you looked forward to being on your mat because you know it’s a fun, non-judgemental, and inspiring place to be?

Sociologists speak of the importance of having “a third place,” separate from work and home – a sanctuary where you can unwind, enjoy good company if desired, relax, and play. Coined by American sociologist Roy Oldenburg, a third place is one where you choose to be, free to come and go as you please.

My goal is to help you develop the skills and confidence to turn your mat into your third place – a space where you can practice genuine self-expression, fail freely, venture within, and learn to move with confidence and curiosity.

I believe that variety is the spice of life and I understand the importance of exceptional guidance when facing challenges. These principles shape my teaching approach. In my classes we explore yoga, functional exercises, weightlifting, calisthenics, and even elements of dance. We learn about anatomy, embrace failure as part of growth, and share moments of laughter. Through this process, participants gain confidence to move their bodies, just as they are.

Seeing my students develop agency, skills and excitement around movement is what keeps me showing up every day.
