Fitness and Yoga in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and the Alps
The Third Place
Helping busy people discover the power of fitness and vinyasa yoga through group classes and private training – whether in your living room or on a mountain side, I’ll help you feel comfortable and confident on your mat.
Empowering you to connect with your authentic self through movement, allowing you to journey through life with confidence both on and off the mat.
Are my yoga classes a good fit? The answer is YES if you…
Want to move for LIFE
My teaching style uses yogic principles, anatomical science, and calisthenics, and takes a sustainable approach. Let’s build strong bodies for LIFE, not for a season.
Want to learn and grow
Through my classes I give you the tools to develop your own yoga and fitness practices so you know how to best work with YOUR body – I want you to feel confident on your mat.
Need to recharge
Through yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, intention setting, grounding practices, and embodied movement, your mind, body, and nervous system will thank you for coming to class.

Understand English
While some of my classes are bilingual English/German, but most of my classes are in English. Do you understand English or are you happy to watch & follow? Then join us!
Put value in community
The community built through group classes is special. There’s no obligation to come be social, but if you’re looking to meet kind, inclusive, open people, come try a class.
Enjoy various yoga styles
Often my classes are just titled, “yoga” and while that leaves a lot unknown, it opens the door to keep classes fun, fresh, varied, and I get to ask YOU what YOU need that day.

what is the third place?
What if you looked forward to being on your mat because you know it’s a fun, non-judgemental, and inspiring place to be?
Sociologists speak of the importance of having “a third place,” separate from work and home – a sanctuary where you can unwind, enjoy good company if desired, relax, and play. Coined by American sociologist Roy Oldenburg, a third place is one where you choose to be, free to come and go as you please.
My goal is to help you develop the skills and confidence to turn your mat into your third place – a space where you can practice genuine self-expression, fail freely, venture within, and learn to move with confidence and curiosity.
I believe that variety is the spice of life. Moving – in all ways – is so important for longevity! These principles shape my teaching approach. In my classes we explore yoga, functional exercises, calisthenics, and even elements of dance. We learn about anatomy, embrace failure as part of growth, and share moments of laughter. Through this process, participants gain confidence to move their bodies, just as they are.
Seeing my students develop self-confidence, skills and excitement around movement is what keeps me showing up every day.
